Amo Realty's first office, Boston City Properties, is a leader in servicing the Boston area real estate market.
We recently opened a new office in Western MA and are currently hiring agents to join our team.
We provide buyer, seller, renter & Zillow sale leads to our agents.
We help keep everyone fully booked along the front lines of the busy Western MA real estate market.
New agents at Amo really have the opportunity to make $200,000
or much more.
5 Strategies Amo Realty has 5 lead-strategies to help new agents succeed.
Strategy #1:
Buyer leads.
This strategy works best with really seasoned agents who need to help fill their schedule or need to quickly get back in the game.
It works best with experienced agents.
This strategy is usually way harder for newer agents as it could take 6 months to get the first sale closing check.
Relentless newer agents ready to work around the clock for 6 months often have great success, however this strategy from our experience is best for experienced agents.
We own websites that that help bring in buyer leads each day.
We also advertise on Zillow.
Strategy #2:
Apartment Renter Leads.
Rentals can be tough and a grind.
It's not trying to put apps on apartments and navigating through the ever changing listings.
The apartment strategy is a very consistent way to stay busy.
We also give exclusive landlord listings, which is mentioned in Strategy #4.
This is a good way to make connections that could also lead to sales.
We hit rentals pretty hard and it helps keeps everyone busy.
Strategy #3:
Commercial leads.
One of our agents closed a $22 million land sale for his first sale ever.
It was a lead that we provided.
He found the seller.
It was a great match and a great story.
We have a very unique opportunity for commercial real estate agents to stay fully booked on the front lines of the Pennsylvania commercial real estate market.
Strategy #4:
Exclusive Listings.
We provide exclusive rental and sale listing leads to our agents, something extremely unique in the industry.
We provide exclusive rental and sale listings after 3 deals are closed at the company.
Rentals count towards the 3 deals.
These come in at a much less volume than the constant buyer/renter leads, however they do come in frequently.
Most of the exclusive listings that are distributed are for rentals (typically condos or single family homes, sometimes smaller & larger multi family buildings).
We do provide exclusive sale listings however very rarely.
Most of the exclusive leads are landlords.
Strategy #5:
Extensive marketing & technology training.
We provide extensive marketing training to our agents.
Agents get extremely high splits for their own leads and will make even more money if they get their own leads.
Many agents stay booked from our leads while working on their own marketing to really level up.
We use an advanced CRM system and are on top of the latest marketing and technology.
We're looking for agents with at least some sales experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
