Summary:
ServiceNet is an innovative mental health and human services agency that employs 1,600 staff members in more than 100 programs across Western Massachusetts.
We are currently seeking an ideal candidate to work within our Human Resources department assisting with benefits administration.
Position
Responsibilities:
Respond to visitors and telephone calls to the Human Resources department regarding health and dental insurance.
Assistance with all aspects of benefit administration.
Provide admin support to the Assistant Director of our Human Resources department, in the form of written letters to support employee requests ie; employment, income, position verification, etc.
Prepare documents for Unemployment Hearings.
Assist and prepare power-point presentations for trainings, meetings and events.
All other assignments under the direction and supervision of the Assistant Director of Human Resources.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and/or 2yrs relevant experience with benefits.
High School Diploma required Highly experienced with MS Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power-point.
Experience using virtual conference software including Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
Valid Driver's license and acceptable MVR.
Benefits / Incentives:
$40,000-$45,000/yr - based on experience and education.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
