Job Description:
L3Harris KEO is currently seeking an Operations Data Analyst / CAM to join our team.
This associate will participate in the estimating efforts for new bids and proposals, program labor and financial assessments, as well as oversee other Operations Control Account Management activity.
The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end analysis and reporting of program cost, schedule, and technical follow through supporting the Operations Team for the assigned programs.
Responsible for preparing detailed scope of work, schedules for the work and cost estimates Performs analyses and prepares reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines Participates in the preparation of budgets and schedules for all proposal and contract work Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures Incorporates contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines.
Collaborates with Program Management and Continuous Improvement Leads to identify and mitigate Risk, and realize Opportunities
Essential Functions:
Analysis and development of programmatic financial reporting requirements including performance measurement General data analysis, report creation Variance Analysis Estimates To Complete (ETC) Weekly and monthly monitoring of actual costs incurred against budgeted projects Involvement with special projects and initiates process improvement activities Represents operations as a prime contact on projects Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations Support to Operations Managers in the collection, documentation, and submittal to the organization of historical program data
Qualifications:

years with related Bachelors' degree or 7
years post-Secondary degree Business related experience working with government or DoD contracts/programs Six Sigma Certification Preferred Additional Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-starter with thorough problem solving and analytical skills Excellent PC skills - MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Team player who can work cross functionally and with all levels of the organization Ability and commitment to meeting deadlines Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision Strong command of Earned Value Management fundamentals, concepts, techniques, and processes Job Profile Matching Criteria:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
