Maintenance Technician
We're looking for a hardworking maintenance technician to join our team! Responsibilities:
o Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last servicedo Handle additional maintenance tasks as neededo Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety riskso Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they're operating efficiently and make any needed repairso Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed
Qualifications:
o Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekendso Over 2 years of maintenance experienceo Should be able to demonstrate understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systemso Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalento Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detailAbout Company:
