Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager! If you have the experience, passion, dedication, and leadership skills that it takes to run a restaurant successfully and have FUN while doing it- we want to hear from you!! In order to be considered, you MUST meet the following, minimum criteria:
Experience of 2
years as a Manager of a restaurant
Experience in creating, leading, and training a team
The ability to energize, motivate and inspire your team to be the best and give the best service!
Must have the ability to hold others accountable, control costs, and maintain high standards, while creating a positive and fun culture and work environment
Experience in a medium to high volume concept ($2,000,000 or more)
Should have experience training a staff
Be able to be flexible, think on your feet, and understand your own strengths and weaknesses for the good of the restaurant (confident, yet coachable and able to listen)
Be able to provide solid references, (when needed) along with a resume that shows history of solid tenure and career growth
The desire to begin a career with us. We are looking for managers that want to join our team and then continue to grow with us.
